Ordering Policy:

Registering with Thejade.pk is easy. You can create a unique account by going through the following steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Login’ sign.
  2. Click on the ‘Create An Account’ tab found on the Customer Login screen.
  3. Fill in your personal particulars on the account creation page.
  4. Click on the ‘Create An Account’ tab for account creation.

Pricing and Payment Policy:

Thejade.pk  product prices listed in website are current; however these are subject to change without any prior notice.

All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing.

Out products are liable to; and inclusive of GST.

Thejade.pk  is set up to take immediate orders online and accepts payments only via Cash on Delivery.

However, for security reasons all orders are reconfirmed by message or by call before order is processed further from Thejade.pk .

In case if customer does not confirm order, then order is not processed. For further queries or for customer to contact direct to brand then they can connect to our customer care details are: Email: thejade.pk@gmail.com.

You may also make payment via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment facility is only available in selected regions / areas as specified by Thejade.pk .

 

Out of Stock Policy:

We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused due to products marked out of stock, which are not available as we will be unable to fulfill the request immediately.

In exigencies, in case your order has been accepted by us but your item is unable to be delivered, we will contact you within 2 (two) business days to discuss how you would like the order handled.

If an item is out of stock, you may either contact our customer care department, they will guide you to place the best alternate; else you may visit our stores to find the product. The link to store locator can guide you to find your closest store.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be no charges for cancellation of the order if you manage to do it within the specified time frame that is before it’s processed and dispatched from our end. In the vice versa situation cancellation request cannot be approved.

Exchange and Return Policy:

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

-Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
-The product is damaged because of use.
-The product has tampered.
-Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
-Beauty Box Or Packs Of Product : Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered to be one item, so their packaging may not be opened and they may not be returned partially or individually.

FAQ'S

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE RETURNS?
The deadline for all returns is 7 Calendar days from the delivery date.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
In-case you have received your exact order with correct items, you will have to pay the courier charges for all the returns to thejade.pk

HOW WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?
Once the return has been approved and submitted to thejade.pk (items must be in perfect condition and not used in any manner), you will receive the amount via Bank Transfer/ Discount Coupon.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
After the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be reimbursed via the same bank information you have provided at the time of order placement.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE RETURN AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?
Contact our Customer Service department at support@thejade.pk and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Thejade.pk reserves the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the set deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received

DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING COSTS IF I RETURN ALL THE ITEMS IN AN ORDER?
